The 27-story Resorts Atlantic City has 42 suites for its better customers, but its truly premier accommodations are just three stories up in what is known as the Rendezvous Tower, where guests come and go on a private elevator. The Borgata separates its top customers into Titanium - the top tier - and then Black Label and Red Label, and the number it considers high rollers usually depends on the accommodations the hotel can provide.
